Returns and refunds

If you would like to return your order, please contact us with:

  • your details (Name & Email)
  • order number
  • detail of the product(s) you want to return
    Optionally, we'd love to learn the reason behind the return.

    After receiving the above, we will send you a return label via email.
    Try to use the original postage box and make sure to pack it well to prevent damage.

    You have 14 days to contact us and announce a return (after the delivery date) and then 14 days to fulfill the return.
    The cost of the return is for you unless there was something wrong with the order.

    We will reimburse you the initial delivery costs within 14 days after arrival, if the return arrives as the complete order; with products undamaged and in their original product-packaging. It doesn't have to be in the original postage packaging, but we do recommend it.
